Welcome to Vedrit. By accessing or using our website vedrit.com and our learning platform — including courses, quizzes, study servers, AI Teacher, question bank, and all related features — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Vedrit, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@vedrit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Vedrit only for lawful, educational purposes. You must NOT:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content, quizzes, or question bank materials without written permission.
Use the AI Teacher to generate harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content.
Harass, bully, or threaten other users in study servers or channels.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its servers.
Create fake accounts or impersonate other users or Vedrit staff.
Upload or share any content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or collect data from the platform.

4. Courses, Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, lessons, quizzes, question bank content, AI responses, and platform design are the intellectual property of Vedrit or its content creators.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content solely for your personal learning.
You may not share, sell, record, or redistribute any paid or free course content without explicit written permission from Vedrit.
User-generated content (e.g., posts in study servers) remains your property, but by posting it you grant Vedrit a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of Vedrit require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change with prior notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@vedrit.com.
Refunds will not be issued if a significant portion of the course content has already been accessed.
Vedrit reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.
Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has started.

7. AI Teacher & Generated Content

The AI Teacher is provided for educational assistance only.
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
Vedrit is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Do not input sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential data into the AI Teacher.

8. Study Servers & Community Conduct

Vedrit provides study servers and channels for collaborative learning. All users are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban users who violate community guidelines without prior notice.
Content shared in public study servers is visible to all platform members.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vedrit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vedrit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of learning progress — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Vedrit shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. For significant updates, we will notify users by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Vedrit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
